I am here to ensure you have the mindset, strategies, and confidence for creating a lasting exercise routine you love so that you can you can stop starting over. 

My truth... 

I struggled with consistency for 7+ years.

I will NEVER forget using every Monday as a "fresh start" to achieve my exercise goals.

I was constantly restarting my routine, giving up, and then beating myself up mentally. 

For years, I felt so discouraged. I truly used to believe that a consistent exercise routine for me was impossible.

I would waste so much time and money buying new workout guides to "feel motivated," complete 2 workouts and then quit. Then, I would buy a NEW workout guide.. try again and quit. Never achieving my goals. Never creating lasting change.

If you can relate to this, please know I am here for YOU! I wish I had someone to help me with consistency 7 years ago, which is why I am so passionate about sharing my message.

I believe:

It's not about intensity; it's about consistency.

My AHA moment... 

I realized that I'd created a negative relationship with exercise. 

I used to believe that:

  • Exercise was a chore.
  • Exercise was only for weight loss.
  • Exercise meant being in a gym and sweating profusely. 
  • Exercise meant being uncomfortable and exhausted.

With time, I've shifted these limiting beliefs to empowering ones, which have now created a MASSIVE shift in my life and are the key factors in how I've created a consistent exercise routine.


I believe:

Consistency isn't about doing what everyone else is doing, it's about creating a customized routine that works for you.

My expertise...

As a lifelong learner, I strive to always continue growing. 

As Tony Robbins always says, progress equals happiness...
